Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 AM (ET) ON 8/15/08 & ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 12/31/08 (THE "SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD"). ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 12/31/08.

1. CODES: Unique 10-digit official Live Your Super Bowl Fantasy with SNICKERS® codes (each, a "Code") are available inside specially marked packages of SNICKERS® Brand products. For official rules and a free Code delivered online (each, an "Online Code"), while supplies last, visit www.snickers.com and follow the on-screen instructions. Limit: one (1) free Online Code per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. For official rules and a free Code delivered by mail (each, a "Mail-in Code"), while supplies last, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Live Your Super Bowl Fantasy with SNICKERS® Code Requests, P.O. Box 9318, Medford, NY 11763-9318 (VT residents may omit return postage). Mail-in Code requests must be received by 12/12/08. Limit: one (1) free Mail-in Code request per outer stamped envelope. Codes are not transferable and void if not obtained through authorized channels.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Complete official registration form available at www.snickers.com (or, if you already are registered, log in), enter your Code, then follow on-screen instructions to proceed. Limit: one entry per Code. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON 12/31/08. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the email address from which the entry originated. No incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor.
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS; WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES: There will be seventeen (17) weekly sweepstakes (each, a "Weekly Sweepstakes"). The entry period for each of the Weekly Sweepstakes is as follows (each, an "Entry Period"):
   • Week One: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 8/15/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 9/8/08.
   • Week Two: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 9/9/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 9/15/08.
   • Week Three: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 9/16/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 9/22/08.
   • Week Four: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 9/23/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 9/29/08.
   • Week Five: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 9/30/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/6/08.
   • Week Six: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 10/7/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/13/08.
   • Week Seven: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 10/14/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/20/08.
   • Week Eight: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 10/21/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/27/08.
   • Week Nine: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 10/28/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 11/3/08.
   • Week Ten: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 11/4/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 11/10/08.
   • Week Eleven: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 11/11/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 11/17/08.
   • Week Twelve: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 11/18/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 11/24/08.
   • Week Thirteen: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 11/25/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 12/1/08.
   • Week Fourteen: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 12/2/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 12/8/08.
   • Week Fifteen: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 12/9/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 12/15/08.
   • Week Sixteen: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 12/16/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 12/22/08.
   • Week Seventeen: Entries must be received between 12:00:00 AM (ET) on 12/23/08 and 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 12/31/08.
   Winners in each Weekly Sweepstakes will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period for that Weekly Sweepstakes on the Tuesday immediately following the end of such Entry Period by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by the mail and/or email address provided at registration.
4. PRIZES AND ODDS: Seventeen (17) Grand Prizes (one per Weekly Sweepstakes): A 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (the "Destination City"). Trip includes: round trip coach class air transportation to Destination City from major airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor); four (4) nights’ double-occupancy hotel accommodations (selected by Sponsor); 2 tickets to Super Bowl XLIII scheduled to be held on 2/1/09 in Tampa Bay, FL (the "Game") (seating selected by Sponsor); two (2) VIP tickets to the EA Sports™ Super Bowl XLIII Party (the "Game Party") scheduled to be held on 1/29/09; a private reception with current/former NFL players (NFL players and exact time/duration to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (the "Reception"); two (2) one-day standard tickets to a local amusement park to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and ground transportation to/from hotel and airport, Game, Game Party and Reception. All other expenses not included in prize description (including, but not limited to other ground transportation, taxes, fees, meals, gratuities and insurance) are the sole responsibility of winner. If winner resides within a 250 mile radius of the Destination City, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitutions will be provided for any difference in prize value. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Minors must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent(s), on carrier(s) of Sponsor’s choice, in seat locations determined by Sponsor and on dates specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Winner and guest must comply with all applicable Game, Game Party, Reception and amusement park venue rules (including applicable age requirements) and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. If, for any reason, Game, Game Party or Reception is postponed or cancelled, prize will be awarded on same itinerary, no additional compensation will be provided and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Additional restrictions may apply. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $7,240 each. Seventeen (17) First Prizes (one per Weekly Sweepstakes): Michael Strahan-autographed memorabilia package, including football, replica football helmet, hat and t-shirt. ARV: $1,050 each. 850 Second Prizes (50 per Weekly Sweepstakes): Different Second Prizes will be awarded in each of the Weekly Sweepstakes. At the beginning of each Entry Period, Sponsor will determine the 50 Second Prizes to be awarded for the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes. The Second Prizes for each Weekly Sweepstakes will be selected from among following: One Hundred (100) Wilson Official Game Balls, ARV: $90; One Hundred Fifty (150) Samsung DVD Players, ARV: $85; Two Hundred Fifty (250) $75 NFL Shop Gift Cards; Fifty (50) Siskiyou Tailgating Utensil Sets, ARV: $70; One Hundred (100) EA Sports™ Madden 09 for Xbox games, ARV: $60; Two Hundred (200) Samsung MP3 Players, ARV: $60. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $202,930. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each Weekly Sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries.) Limit: one prize per household. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the United States (including Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions), age 13 or older as of 8/15/08, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, the NFL Entities (as defined below) and their respective affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
6. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Grand and First Prize winners will, and Second Prize winners may, be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Trip participants must sign travel release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if: affidavit/release(s) is/are not returned within 7 days after mailing to winners; prize notification, prize notification email and/or prize are returned as undeliverable; or entrant does not respond to prize notification email within 7 days after the date of the email. If any prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.
7. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes, and reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and his/her Sweepstakes entry) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he /she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, the NFL Entities (as defined below) and their respective directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity.
8. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. WINNERS LIST: To obtain list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Live Your Super Bowl Fantasy with SNICKERS® Code Requests, P.O. Box 9318, Medford, NY 11763-9318. Requests must be received by 12/31/08. Winners list will be sent after selection and verification of winners.
